Summer – Headache – Aspirin – Vitamin C Deficiency
This is just the beginning of the summer,
& the heat has already started showing its effects.

So, to compensate increased excretion, you must increase your intake of vitamin-C–
you should increase intake of juicy fruits &
Take lemon juice daily.
Remember- taking vitamin -C from Natural source is always better then supplement.
If you have headache occasionally,
it is OK to take any painkiller.
But for long term headache, you must consult your doctor.
If you are already diagnosed to have migraine,
remember that Allopathy have no cure for migraine.
To cure your migraine, try alternative pathies like
