It is festival of worshiping goddess DURGA and playing GARBA.

But, while playing garba we forget to drink water and

this leads to dehydration.

Dehydration means loss of body fluids.

Beside thirst, there are other 7-signs of dehydration.

And they are-

  • DIZZINESS
  • SHAKINESS
  • CONSTIPATION
  • HEADACHE
  • DARK COLOUR URINE
  • IRRITABILITY
  • TROUBLE CONCENTRATING

Avoid taking:

  • Alcohol
  • Tea
  • Coffee
  • Aerated drinks
  • Sweetened drinks.

All these drinks will quench your thirst, but

they will worsen your complaints of dizziness, shakiness, constipation and headache.

When you have tea or coffee,

you will feel better for some time but

then after you will feel more worst then before.

Coconut water

Citrus fruits like oranges
