Uterine Fibroid : Part-2: Food that help!

Today we will discuss about -Food that helps in uterine fibroid:
1)Fibre
Fibre helps your liver to process & remove
excess oestrogen. So, food like whole grains,
beans, green leafy vegetables & fruits which are
good source of fibre should be consumed daily. Soy has
good fibre. But it also contains natural oestrogen
called phytoestrogen, compound that is weaker then
synthetic oestrogen, so they don’t harm your body. But
they do bind with the oestrogen receptor sites, preventing
harmful synthetic oestrogens from damaging your system.
2)Magnesium
If you have magnesium deficiency, it often
creates stagnation in muscle tissue, such as
wall of uterus. If you take adequate amount of
magnesium, then it will help you to relax your
uterine muscle tissue. It will allow fresh
blood flow into the area helping into the healing.
Good natural vegetarian sources of magnesium are:
- Almond
- Cashew
- Muth beans
- Cumin seeds
3)Vitamin B-6:
It helps your body to process oestrogen. It also
helps in healing process.
Good natural source of vitamin B6 are:
- Whole grains
- Raw sprouts
- Sesame seeds &
