Asthma: The food that helps!
When you suffer from cough and cold, you take
Medicine. For most of the people it
gets cured that way. But, if your symptoms
get more aggravated. Or you feel little better but
not completely cured. & your cough
last long even after taking all that
antibiotics and cough syrup. You may
develop tightness in your chest without pain.
Wheezing or whistling when breathing.
Shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing. Or,
due to cough you are unable to sleep. Any of these
