you can soak it in milk and can have it.
2)BAJRA
Bajra is staple food, easily available.
You can make roti out of bajra floor,
you can saute broken bajra in butter milk and have it in summer.

3)MINT LEAVES
Mint leaves is pudina leaves.
You can make:
- pudina raita (cut pudina add salt roasted jeera powder and curd to it )

4)RAJGIRA FLOUR
