healing also can not reach to the damaged tissue.

Thus, caffeine slows down your healing process.

AVOID ALL CAFFEINE CONTAINING DRINKS LIKE:

  • COFFEE
  • ENERGY DRINKS
  • TEA

Many energy drinks and protein shakes that are flooding the market contains caffeine.

Always read the label before consuming such drinks.

Stop taking caffeinated drinks and help your body heal itself naturally!
