Constipation & Magnesium

Constipation & Magnesium

Constipation is very common problem. It is all due to

your food habits and your life style. When you are

suffering from constipation, you generally include

more of high fiber food & also increase your

water intake.

However, if they fail, you may be suffering from

Magnesium deficiency.

Magnesium helps to relax your intestinal

muscles and keeps your peristalsis normal.

Good natural vegetarian sources of magnesium are:

  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Almonds
  • Chia seeds
  • Green leafy vegetables

Along with these, you need to change your life style and

do regular exercise. Exercise not only helps to control your

body weight, but also helps to maintain your internal

body function including nutrients absorption.
