Reason?
Contaminated food
Yes, your contaminated food could be a major reason for your diarrhoea.
In monsoon, your food gets easily spoiled
due to humid climate.
This means, when there is more moisture in the atmosphere,
the bacteria grows fast on your food.
And, when you eat such food you get diarrhoea.
But DO YOU KNOW THIS?
If you are repeatedly getting diarrhoea,
It may also be because of your deficiency of
Niacin & Vitamin K.
Niacin is a water soluble vitamin.
It cannot be stored in your body.
That is why, it Easily get excreted from your body.
Therefore, you need to take it daily as per your body requirement.
It’s deficiency can lead to inflammation of your intestine.
And, you get diarrhoea because of that inflammation.
Good natural sources of niacin are-
- Peanut
- Whole pulses
- Potatoes
- Mushroom
Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin.
It can be stored in your body and,
It require little amount of fats to increase it bioavailability.
Good natural sources of vitamin-k are
- Spinach
- Lettuce
- Cauliflower and
- Cabbage
Remember, these vitamins increase your immunity
Against diarrhoea.
They are not cure for your diarrhoea.
