2 most common reasons of burning Lips and Tongue:
REASON # 1 Constipation:
There can be many reasons for having burning
sensation on your lips and tongue and the most common
known reason for it is ‘CONSTIPATION.’

Another unknown reason is some nutritional deficiency
and that is vitamin B1 deficiency
REASON #2 Vitamin-B1 (Thiamin) Deficiency:
Your burning lips and tongue
can also be because of your
Vitamin-B1 (thiamin) deficiency.
It is important member of B group of vitamins,
and was the first vitamin to be discovered (hence it’s name- Vitamin B1!)
Good Natural Vegetarian Sources of Vitamin B1 are:
RAW SPROUTED-
Raw means uncooked.
Raw sprouted are very good source of B1 vitamin.
You can have hand full of mix raw sprout early in the morning.
You can add mix sprout in your salads.
Can also add sprouts as topping or for dressing
your snacks like poha or upma.
Along with B1 vitamin
it also contains good amount of vitamin -C
which is good antioxidant.
SOAKED NUTS-
Overnight soaked 3-4 almond can be taken in the morning.
Groundnuts also have good amount of Thiamin.
You can soak groundnut overnight and
can make milk out of it adding little water to it.
You can make milkshake out of this milk .
Why ‘raw’ sprouted?
Vitamin B1 is water soluble vitamin
and bad conductor of heat.
So, when you heat your food, vitamin B1 gets destroyed.
Always have raw food for vitamin B1 to get maximum benefit.
