Is your child Nervous during this Exam season?
As exam are going on the atmosphere in your house is little bit tense,
And in this surrounding it is OK if your child is little bit nervous,
It’s natural.
Its shows that your child is sincere and is CONCERNED with the performance in exam.
However, do you know that your child’s nervousness could also be due to some nutritional deficiency?
The most common nutrient deficiency which can lead to
Nervousness are:
VITAMIN -B6 [PYRIDOXIN]
NIACIN (VITAMIN B3) and
MAGNESIUM

WHOLE GRAINS, LEGUMES, SESAME SEED, PISTA, FISH AND MEAT.
GOOD NATURAL SOURCES OF NIACIN ARE:
PEANUT, LEGUMES, POTATOES, MUSHROOM, SEAFOOD.
GOOD NATURAL SOURCES OF MAGNESIUM ARE:
GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES, BANANA, SWEET POTATOES, ALMOND AND CASHEW NUTS.
These all sources are easily available and easy to give to your kids
