- Papaya
# Vitamin-E
It is very important antioxidant that helps your child to maintain
the cell membrane & immune cell function. Thus, it strengthen
your child’s immune system.
Good natural vegetarian sources of vitamin-E are:
- Sesame seed
- Almond
- Pumpkin seeds
- Walnut
Also, avoid food that is not suitable
to your child- especially all the artificially flavored & colored
foods. Lets your child’s food be the medicine.
