Miscarriage is very sensitive topic. No one wants to

discuss about it, as women passes through both the mental

trauma & physical trauma. Even male passes through mental

trauma when miscarriage happens. Both of them have that sense

of discomfort/guilt.

There can be many causes of miscarriage like:

  • Genetics (chromosomal abnormality)
  • Age (elderly pregnancy)
  • Infection
  • Uterine problems and so on….

‘get ready’ for your pregnancy.

Folic acid is important to prevent

neural tube defect in infant. Along with this,

folic acid is also important nutrient in making genetic material.

Good natural vegetarian sources of folic acid are:

  • Spinach

  • Lettuce

#Niacin (vitamin-B3)

Low level of niacin increases the risk of your miscarriage. Include

some rich sources of niacin in your daily diet. And try to have them
